The Fire Marshal is responsible for enforcing all laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations for fire prevention and fire safety in commercial properties and multiple residence dwellings. The Fire Marshal works along with the Planning and Zoning Boards and works hand-in-hand with the Fire Department and Building Inspector.
