LEGAL NOTICE

VILLAGE OF CHURCHVILLE

The place of holding the General Village Election in the Village of Churchville, County of Monroe and State of New York shall be at the Churchville Village Hall, 23 East Buffalo St, Churchville, NY.

The hours of the polls shall be from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.

The office to be filled and the terms thereof are as follows:

One (1) Village Trustee – to fill the vacancy for the term ending April 5, 2021

Nominees: Julie L Michalko, 22 E. Buffalo St., Churchville, New York – Trustee – to fill the vacancy for the term ending April 5, 2021

Qualified persons wishing to vote in the upcoming Village Election must be registered with the Monroe County Board of Elections at least ten (10) days prior to the Village Election.  The last day to request an absentee ballot from Monroe County Board of Elections by mail is September 8, 2020.  The Monroe County Board of Elections can receive personal applications for absentee ballots up to September 14, 2020.
